酒店市場營銷,熟悉酒店市場營銷工作的內容!
全面負責酒店品牌建設計營銷工作,在營銷部經理配合下,制定營銷計劃,組織和招徠客源,掌握市場信息, 內外協調溝通,確保酒店
取得良好的經濟效益和社會效益。
1、全面負責酒店近期和遠期經營目標,結合市場情況,負責提出參與制定酒店對外銷售以及招徠客源的計劃;
2、研究和掌握國內外旅游市場的動態和顧客的潛在需求,匯集理對外銷售策略,定期向總經理提交書面報告;
3、保持同上級旅游管理部門、中外旅行社、航空公司、鐵路客運站及駐本地外國商社、辦事處、政府外事部門的密切聯系,并
同各客戶間建立長期穩定的良好合作關系;
4、負責酒店的宣傳推廣工作,酒店品牌建設計積極參與酒店產品的更新改造和組織合開發,提高酒店的聲譽和影響力;
5、指導酒店對內、對外的各種廣告活動,制定酒店短期和長期的宣傳推廣計劃,并經總經理審批后執行;
6、與各部門建立良好的協作關系,廣泛聽取客戶意見,處理重大投訴,以確保銷售計劃的實施和落實;
7、選擇并培訓不同年齡和不同層次的酒店銷售隊伍,指導銷售人員不斷學習,更新專業知識,提高銷售技巧,以適應市場的變
化;
8、定期對下屬人員進行績效評估,按照酒店的獎懲制度進行獎懲,不斷提高人員的思想素質,專業技能,組織活動能力和開拓
進取精神,培養銷售人員的高度責任感;
9、審閱每天業務報表,理解當天出租率和VIP接待情況,檢查各部門接待VIP情況,按規定要求接待好VIP;
10、向總經理提交參加重要的銷售活動和公關活動的計劃,經總經理審批后,組織有關人員,準備宣傳資料,制定行動方案進
一步加以推廣。
