1.問卷的開場(chǎng)白
問卷的開場(chǎng)白,必須慎重對(duì)待,要以親切的口吻詢問,措辭應(yīng)精心切磋,做到言簡(jiǎn)意明,親切誠懇,使被查者自愿與之合作,認(rèn)真填好問卷。
2.問題的字眼(語言)
由于不同的字眼會(huì)對(duì)被調(diào)查者產(chǎn)生不同的影響,因此往往看起來差不多相同的問題,會(huì)因所用字眼不同,而使應(yīng)答者作不同的反應(yīng),做出不同的回答。故問題所用的字眼必須小心選擇,以免影響答案的準(zhǔn)確性。一般來說,在酒店標(biāo)牌設(shè)計(jì)問題時(shí)應(yīng)留意一下幾點(diǎn):
(1)避免一般性問題。如果問題的本來目的是求取某種特定自資料,但由于問題過于一般化,使應(yīng)答者所提供的答案資料無多大意義。

這樣的問題,顯然有欠具體。由于所需資料牽涉到房間設(shè)施與服務(wù)兩個(gè)問題,故應(yīng)分別詢問。以免混亂,如:
你對(duì)本酒店的房間設(shè)施是否滿意?
你對(duì)本酒店的服務(wù)是否滿意?
(2)問卷的語言要口語化,符合人們交談的習(xí)慣,避免書面化和文人腔調(diào)。
3.問題的選擇及順序
通常問卷的頭幾個(gè)問題可采用開放式問題,旨在使應(yīng)答者多多講話,多發(fā)表意見,使應(yīng)答者感到十分自在,不受拘束,能充分發(fā)揮自己的見解。當(dāng)應(yīng)答者話題多,其與調(diào)查者之間的陌生距離自然縮短。不過要留意,最初安排的開放式問題必須較易回答,不可具有高敏感性如困窟性問題。否則一開始就被拒絕回答的話,以后的問題就難繼續(xù)了。因此問題時(shí)容易回答且具有趣味性,旨在提高應(yīng)答者的興趣。核心問題往往置于問卷中間部分,分類性問題如收人、職業(yè)、年齡通常置于問卷之末。
問卷中問題的順序一般按下列規(guī)則排列:
