酒店市場營銷不斷更新酒店新產品的類型
1.全新產品
這種產品在市場上從未出現過,是為了滿足人們新的消費需求,開拓全新的市場而生產的。在現代酒店業中,全新的產品往往運用了高科技手段,開發的角度可以是一些新的功能性的設施、設備的運用,比如完全依靠環保能元運轉的酒店,或者是新的產品組合,如何價住宿產品的出現,還有新的管理模式的運用等。這類產品研發費用高,投入了大量的人力物力,能否被市場所接受卻是個未知數,所以開發全新產品是具有一定風險性的。這類產品占所有新產品的10%。
2.新產品線
這種產品是指在其他酒店已經運用而在本酒店尚未開發運用的產品。當其他酒店的產品在市場上取得較好的經濟效益,本酒店VI設計就可以根據現有條件,將產品線適當調整,仿制其他酒店的產品,利用其他酒店為產品做的宣傳,擴大自己的市場銷售。這類產品占整個新產品比重的20%左右。
3.現行產品的增補品
在現有的產品線上增加的品種。如錦江酒店集團,創業時期經營餐飲業為主,后來逐漸增加了住宿業、旅游業和娛樂業。原來錦江集團的住宿業以經營高級酒店為主,后來為適應市場的需求,增加了錦江之星這個經濟型酒店品牌,達到了擴大客源,占領更多市場的效果。這類產品占整個新產品比重26%。
4.現行產品的改進更新
