完善酒店形象設(shè)計(jì)功能搭配,酒店產(chǎn)品組合的概念
酒店產(chǎn)品組合是指酒店提供給市場(chǎng)的各種不同功能的產(chǎn)品的搭配。參與功能搭配的既可以是酒店有形的產(chǎn)品如各種客房、餐廳、康體娛樂設(shè)施,也可以是酒店的形象、
logo設(shè)計(jì)、服務(wù)水準(zhǔn)和產(chǎn)品價(jià)格等無形內(nèi)容。
產(chǎn)品組合一般由酒店產(chǎn)品的廣度、長(zhǎng)度、深度決定:
酒店產(chǎn)品的廣度:指酒店能提供多少項(xiàng)分類服務(wù),如餐廳、客房、商務(wù)中心、康體娛樂、旅游等。
酒店產(chǎn)品長(zhǎng)度:每一類的產(chǎn)品可以提供多少種不同的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,如酒店客房,可以分成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間、豪華間、單人間、三人間以及套房等,餐廳可以分為中餐廳、西餐廳、日式餐廳、韓式餐廳等。
酒店產(chǎn)品深度:指每一項(xiàng)服務(wù)中又能提供多少品種,如酒店套房中又可以分為總統(tǒng)套房、豪華套房和一般商務(wù)套房等,酒店中餐廳能提供多少種不同菜系口味的菜肴,多少種酒水飲料。
拓寬產(chǎn)品線的廣度,可以完善酒店的功能,提高整個(gè)酒店的整體綜合實(shí)力,加長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)品線長(zhǎng)度,可以滿足更多不同層次需求的顧客。注意的是一定要考慮產(chǎn)品線與產(chǎn)品線之間的關(guān)聯(lián)程度,關(guān)聯(lián)度太高會(huì)造成經(jīng)營(yíng)浪費(fèi),需要整合,關(guān)聯(lián)度太低,酒店投入的人財(cái)物力會(huì)分散,增加了成本和管理的難度。
