想要把酒店?duì)I銷做的更好嗎?學(xué)習(xí)下酒店與旅行社的運(yùn)作規(guī)范
一、與旅行社的運(yùn)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
目前,我國(guó)在酒店與旅行社之間尚無(wú)運(yùn)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但規(guī)范應(yīng)當(dāng)是個(gè)趨勢(shì),從制度上保證雙方共同的利益而合作,也便于進(jìn)行監(jiān)管。美國(guó)旅行社協(xié)會(huì)為建立一套與酒店想的營(yíng)業(yè)關(guān)系與運(yùn)作標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出了一些原則,也可以為我國(guó)制訂類似制度提供有益參考。
1.收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與預(yù)訂
酒店應(yīng)隨時(shí)制訂并發(fā)布一種收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一覽表,列出各種房間及其他服務(wù)的最高及最低的收費(fèi)額。一覽表的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)可適用于所有顧客,不管他是直接訂房或是通過(guò)旅行社代理預(yù)訂。業(yè)已公布的一覽表收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)予嚴(yán)格遵守,直至新的一覽表公布為止,或者直至代理人收到書面通知改變收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為止。
旅行社或代理人僅可根據(jù)酒店規(guī)定的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提出報(bào)價(jià)與推銷,但如由于實(shí)際的需要或顧客的需要或顧客的要求,他們可以不受這種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限制而接受訂房。

酒店對(duì)于代理人是否應(yīng)當(dāng)提取某項(xiàng)銷售額的傭金有任何疑問(wèn)時(shí),代理人應(yīng)當(dāng)提出確實(shí)證據(jù),證明他在該銷售中所具有的影響力。有關(guān)此次銷售所作的通信、電話或電報(bào)的記錄均可作為具體證據(jù),不必空言爭(zhēng)論。
代理人代表酒店收受的一切款項(xiàng),均應(yīng)在扣除其應(yīng)得的傭金后,立即匯交酒店。如果酒店原已同意代理人代收之賬款可暫以收據(jù)聯(lián)單記賬,實(shí)際回款則依協(xié)議的時(shí)間稍后寄出。
代理人提供服務(wù)后,一切款項(xiàng)如經(jīng)酒店自行直接收取,則代理人應(yīng)得之傭金,酒店應(yīng)在收款后三十天內(nèi)結(jié)算付給代理人。
3.廣告
酒店與代理人雙方所作之廣告均應(yīng)切合實(shí)際,尤應(yīng)注意廣告格調(diào)的高雅,并應(yīng)避免可能導(dǎo)致誤解言詞。
廣告中如果列有最低收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),應(yīng)該肯定而明確地指出最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn),不可含糊其辭。
代理人為其酒店服務(wù)時(shí),不可在言詞上明示或暗示各家酒店的相互比較情況。
代理人與顧客之間的往來(lái)關(guān)系,北京酒店VI設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)當(dāng)予以尊重。在以后的生意中,即使酒店可以直接向該顧客銷售產(chǎn)品,仍應(yīng)當(dāng)通過(guò)代理人處理。

4.一般條款
代理人與酒店之間的關(guān)系應(yīng)維持營(yíng)業(yè)上的道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)方對(duì)于顧客或社會(huì)大眾亦應(yīng)如此。
如果酒店委托的代理人并非美國(guó)旅行社協(xié)會(huì)的會(huì)員,且其待遇較其會(huì)員優(yōu)厚,則會(huì)員亦有權(quán)享受此種同等待遇。
5.爭(zhēng)執(zhí)
雙方如有任何爭(zhēng)執(zhí),包括傭金的爭(zhēng)執(zhí)在內(nèi),可由酒店將爭(zhēng)執(zhí)事項(xiàng)提交酒店協(xié)會(huì),并有代理人將爭(zhēng)執(zhí)事項(xiàng)提交旅行社協(xié)會(huì)共同調(diào)解。
酒店對(duì)代理人如有索賠的要求,或代理人對(duì)酒店有此要求,均應(yīng)于合理的時(shí)間提出。
