準(zhǔn)備參加展覽會事先要做好的注意事項:  
    做好充分的參展準(zhǔn)備
    酒店必須準(zhǔn)備足夠的宣傳材料,除了酒店宣傳手冊和名片之外,還應(yīng)該有針對性地為光顧酒店展臺的代表精心設(shè)計使之感興趣的材料,否則,他們可能出大門之后便將宣傳材料隨手扔掉,因為對他們來說,這些材料太多,或許他們認為毫無用處。假如酒店參加的是會議計劃的展銷會,酒店必須提供酒店接待會議能力的資料,如接待會議的設(shè)施、宴會菜單以及其他相關(guān)信息;參加旅游交流會,酒店則必須帶上能使旅行商感興趣的酒店包價等資源。另外,如果酒店對展臺布置有特殊要求,則求須事先安排好所需的輔助設(shè)備如能源、燈光、音響、大屏幕彩電等;如果酒店展臺需要電力、特殊設(shè)備或家具,事先準(zhǔn)備好這些設(shè)備則是至關(guān)重要的。為了達到參展成交的目的,酒店應(yīng)盡可能采取事先郵寄等形式,給可能的參展客戶留下印象。一般而言,酒店可以事先獲得一份參加展銷會單位的名單,這樣酒店可以給每個參展單位或選擇一些可能的客戶郵寄有關(guān)本酒店的資料,這是客戶叩開本展臺大門的有效途徑。當(dāng)然,所郵寄的資料必須富有新意,避免流于一般形式。
